  1. I do a variation of things that work for me. Yoga (you can find videos on YouTube for specific chakras), meditation, gemstones. For me, the first step of strengthening and balancing the chakras was just to be aware of them. Learn about them and how they work. I also use a great app called My Chakra Meditation and I listen to the meditations as I fall asleep.

    Pinterest is a wealth of knowledge on chakras.
